The pools are salt water, so they occasionally drain and refill them. They were refilling this one on Thursday morning, during the roughest seas we had (meclazine is your friend!). When the pool is only partly full, it really gets sloshing. Also notice the man in the background wearing the traditional kilt-n-hat garb of international waters.
