One floor down from the rooftop beer garden is the restaurant floor. All department stores have restaurants on the top level (in fact, the Shinjuku Tokyu has 3 floors of them). This is one of the sushi places there. They have the best salmon sushi any of us have tasted. Gary bought 10 pieces of it, earning him the name Gary Salmon.
